guys i have a question im not sure if its been asked a lot or not. ive done etensive searches but to no avail. are mk3 w58 trannys normal super low geared? i hit 3.5-4k going 80mph in 5th. is that normal or?

It's a combination of the 4.3 differential and only 5 gears. You'll get used to it.
