no,thats the lipp elbow. porting would be pointles,you won't be able to remove the same amount of material without causing problems.
i would just suggest getting the lipp or full 3'.

I upgradededdd to a 3" LIPP elbow and now i get shitty gas milage. woop.!

Bummer!, living in Sweden makes these things cost you an arm and a leg to import, perhaps I'll get the weld out and build something like the BIC DDP...
