I've done business with Gordon Personally/ And on Ebay. To be Completely honest If I ever had a Question concerning Drivetrain and N/A power I'd ask Him, His knowledge on The Supra and Cressida is Immense. He lives right around the corner from my work and His Cressida really is That awesome.
Total Vouch for his Ebay Profile!!!

Not to take anything away from this or say anything bad about Gordon but with a little ingenuity the differentials can be found for much less than he ask's for them. Just an FYI.

TEKEDEKUS - WIth 500 whp you may simply be out of luck when it comes to having an easy time preventing wheel spin out of tight corners. Regardless of the diff, 500whp should easily be able to light both tires up, and while the torsen will most likely allow a larger speed differential between the tires I think you will still have similar issues with this differential. Now if you are rebuilding your differential often because it wears out that is where this diff shines. Unless you are having trouble with the rear sliding off power, or under braking due to excessive preload to get the amount of lockup you would like under power, I think the diffs will act similarly under power for you.

Big advantage of the Torsen @ 500+ rwhp is it will accelerate in a straight line even while spinning Dave and won't try to slide down the camber of the road so is much "safer/easier" to drive!

^^ That's a pretty cool advantage. Dave, I recently swapped in a Jawsgear rebuilt diff with possibly tighter clutch packs than stock, and I noticed a marked increase over my old diff in rear-end kick-out with moderate boost out of corners. It just makes more sense to have the rear wheels not try to lock together under load, which is what the LSD type diffs do I believe.

Ian, I imagine your car with the Torsen and Motec Trac was pretty sweet out of the corners? Could you go full throttle out of corners like the guys do with RaceLogic systems?

I bought a bov off him, and when I asked if he could do any better on the price, he said hell yea, just buy it direct instead of through screwBay.

Following up on this, the IS300 guys actually swap A70 clutch-LSD's into them now as well, and I've looked into other information as well, and it all seems good for this setup. I think people have actually done it a few times now as well.

I am planning on perhaps doing something strange (A70 T1 into my IS250), but am looking into axle stub differences before trying that.

IJ, I have found my car still slides down the camber of the road with the Torsen as well. Normally it will only spin the tires through first but as it got colder the car began to spin all the way through second and definitely did not stay straight.
