i have the lex afm but i have stock injectors ill be getting aeromotive fuel pressure regulator and s-afc11 i wont be putting the lex until i get the FpR and the s-afc11 ill be fine running 8 psi right now lol
theres no reason to put the lex afm on yet... just tune the car with the safc first. then save up for some 550's.

pcv piping????? lol the guy i bought the car from ghetto rigged everything so now i have to undo everything but thanxz its a work in progress/......by the way i just raced 89 toyota supra auto STOCK and i LOST to him everytime i shift he pulls on me!!! HE"S STOCK!! IM NOT he bought the car from an old lady for $1,000 i dunno i lost to him we raced from 0-60 and from 60-90
or they just didnt see the thread about PVC piping... and get an FPR to set the fuel pressure because of the 255 fuel pump...
but if you lost that bad to a stock supra... i would do a compression check on the engine. OR you have a bad boost leak... because with that 3'' exhaust you should be pullin on him, unless your auto trans is slipping. which you could fix (go search it)

What have you done to your car in terms of maintenance after you bough it? Your car looks very nice. Just clean up that interior. And btw, driver mod ftw.

Im not poking fun at him for saying 450's. I know what he meant.
But for someone to say that adding a larger afm means 100% FOR SURE that you will gaurenteed to blow your motor is a very large, bold statement and needs to be backed up with factual information.
So i consider that statement completley inaccurate and false.

He had new tires mines are pretty old and i got no traction when shirting, He knows i can beat him he said so afterwards! For one he was brake boosting i wasn't he took of better thanxz to my sucky tires im not worried about it lol can't wait for my FPR! He was about 1 car in front by [not pulling] before we shut down on 3rd gear

yeah brake stand!!! lol. dude, find a charcoal canister and EGR. do you notice a gasoline smell without that canister?
ya it smells like exhuast ! lol i have no cats either, the lines that were for the charcoal canister and egr i just capped them off i think there was like maybe one for the charcoal canister and egr im not sure

let me go find out how much bigger the lex afm is then the stock afm.
and quin, your not a very stock car as you have a 255, fpr, and an safc! so you CAN tune your car. this kid doesnt have all of that. if he goes with the same setup as yours, then he'll be fine! but if he just slaps it on with the stock fuel system it wont be pretty.
theres plenty of people who have melted a piston due to this, sure they haul ass for a day, and then there pulling the motor...
and eclipses come with 450's... i mishmash eclipse and supra stuff lately as thats all i've been working on...

fuel cut is suppose to be 13-14psi i thought... unless you have boost leaks and other issues.
