Hi, my name is Ray. My son and I recently acquired a 89 supra turbo targa top. The Interior is in great shape, along with the body/paint. We are having engine troubles. We are really hoping that this forum will be able to provide us with tips and answers to fixing up our new supra.

We've been fixing a few things and just had the turbo rebuilt. We had a huge smoking and oil consumption
problem that I believe was caused by the Turbo. The rebuilder pointed out another issue contributing to the smoke.
The gravity return line is wrong. The inner diameter of the braided line was too small? He says it should be at least 1/2 inch
and mine was 3/8... I guess stock is best.
I learn something new every day!
