Very nice looking piece! Did you guys use velocity stacks and mount them in the base or just machine a radius into it? Also how did they oval/square the tubing to match the ports? When I did my complete custom it was a pain in the ass but I also made it a long runner not short!

But very cool!
We used velocity stacks... as far as the oval we machined it. The base was ported on the head...

What shop did it for you? or where did you buy it?
My friend and I built it ...

Certainly a beautiful piece!
thanks...

If you are wondering how expensive this manifold would be , this is not the manifold for you!!! Between the fab time and the test time to make sure everything is perfect , not to mention the time to match it to the head..
We tested everything down to little things like throttle body angle to make sure each cylinder was being fed evenly.. The cost would be insane.
That being said if you are still interested please pm me

thank you for all the comments

That's called R&D. A $30,000 car would also cost an insane amount of money if only one was made.

If you are making this for reproduction and sell it, then you would do your calculations and come up with a figure where you don't loose money on your R&D, but is also within the community's reach (so it can actually sell). I would say from $950 - $1,500 would be appropriate.

Miguel.

The problem with mass producing something like this is that it is tailored for each individual motor as far as what the individual heads are capable of flowing and port matching to the head..

Absolutely beautiful looking manifold.

I can't wait to see everything together in one piece and running.

It's certainly built to do the nasty.........:biglaugh:
