new fuel system part

Alright I going buy an apexi system and a fuel pressure regulater want to know which kind fuel pressure regulater should get. I seen one on horse power freaks for around $60 megan racing makes it too. Is that an good one or there any other supra owner uses I think I need this because my car is lacking power or fuel becuase I have change to hard piping and a front mount intercooler with 3inch exhust system with down pipe.:sarcasm:

Although the stock system will do if all you've got is a stock CT and hardpipes/exhaust.

Well, is your engine still mostly stock? If you still have a stock turbo, fuel injectors, and fuel pump you don't need to worry about an aftermarket FPR quite yet. More info on your setup will help us help you.

well I also have an after market fuelpump and an hks boost controller and when I sometime at the light alot of smoke come out and then stop if that helps it also have an hks headgasket with arp head studs

If you're seeing blue-white smoke and it smells like oil burning then it could be the turbo. Do you have any oil leaks from the engine?
