True, no one ever actually told me a reason for it not working. I always thought it had something to do with vacuum.

Yes, the GOLF drivers are exact those you just described. There are so many tuned GOLFs here and almost none of them have knowledge about engine tuning.

... my throttle. The old one was to soft and shaky. I hardened it and put in a stop plate and stop detent.
