Ok here is what I found out about the exhaust from my experiance with fit and pictures.

The exhaust comes in 2 pieces with 3 non V band (2) bolt style bi-diamond shaped typical oem style flanges.
You may perfer to make it a single exhaust pipe with only one flang to save weight and make it simpler.

Now as far as fit you have two options.

It either fits 100% with no mods perfect clean fit!
However if you fit it this way, with the resignator facing the front of the car instead of towards the rear of the car you can not install your 3" race cat in the factory location under the heat shield you also can not modify the exhaust to install a CAT because the resignator will be placed under half of the heat shield.

So this exhaust will fit flawlessly 100% out of the box if you decide to run your car with out a CAT, but by running the exhaust this way you can not add a CAT there is nor room for it!

There is however another option I talked to aaron at DM about this because he has not seen the exhaust installed yet.
You can flip the exhaust around with the resignator facing the back of the car cut the flange on the resignator half of the exhaust and angle it like the streight end flange angle or weld the 2 pipes together to get rid of the flanges then simple cut the streight side of the exhaust in ~half add a flang then yes with simple easy to do welder modding you can install a CAT with triming and re-angleing of one of the flanges. I dont know if Aaron plans to modify it and sell it compatable to with CAT but its simple and any muffler shop could fix it for under $40

For the money this exhaust is well worth it it is infact 100% 3" stainless steel polished exhaust well worth the money even if you would have to mod it for adding your 3" race CAT.

The back half of the exhaust for sure is a 100% fit.

as you can see here look at where the front inlet ends up if you install it with the reisgnator facing backwards like factory

Now look at the install with the resignator facing forward

^Yes but aaron didnt mark it up as high "Our Price: $419.00"
but that is the exact same exhaust its originally from Zhoushan Racing.
you can order them from lin bo ? but anyways I did a group buy before from him you want to order a minimum
of 10-20+ pieces at once from him I remember I paid $80 for my downpipe at the time the same exact one labeled as HKS at another car shop was $180.

All the taxes duties broker fees cargo holding inspections etc is a PITA http://manifold.cc/english/default.aspx.
I really apreciate aaron going through all the work & time to produce this item for us.

I think I found a post from CX racing with the exhaust on one of the cars here on youtube

It looks like it with out the silencer but in other post its labeled as "Blitz product" :dunno:

anyone get a sound clip yet? and these "chinamen" stainless steel exhausts..if its all stainless steal..then its basically the same as the tanabe?? but just without name brand, the low db noise level..and the looks?? but perhaps better performance since its straighter?

sweeet. that will be next on my hitlist then..after my compression check! i just wanna see what it sounds like. and another question..i know since it will prolly be loud..if you put the silencer that comes with it, on, will there be a power loss? does the silencer take aw ay from the full 3" exhaust? or does it just muffle the sound?

Depends on the set up. Super Street did an article on this on their miata(?) I think. It added torque with it in and hp with it out? I don't know, something along those lines. Then again, it was N/A and not turbo. I'm sure a google search will resolve this.

From what I've read its a small, hardly noticeable change in most cases.

ahh sweet.so basically mid range power like 2k-4.5k they actually saw gains in power and afer than near red line like 5-7k there was that loss of power? cuz if thats the case thats even better for me..i have never taken my car past 4.5k..hahah sweet thanks for the article.

The only way you can loose power with an exhaust is going to big(5" exhaust on 100hp D16 honda) to small(restrictions bends)
The old wives' tales back pressure is B.S. maybe NA a little bit true but what people know about back pressure is 99% wrong.

Turbos hate back pressure with out a dought .
Another exhaust old wives' tale is turbo streight through exhaust is loader then NA B.S. especially with an internal wastegate.
Because the exhaust blades on the turbo (turbine) are a noise reduction kind of like a rotating baffle like the silencer in the tail of an exhaust.
I know because I had a built N/A 7M motor and it was actually louder then a 300hp twin 1JZ.

This doesnt even cover crossovers and pulse syncronization but I think this is a good start.

so you're saying number 1. with the silencer im not going to lose any power. and number 2 with this straight through exhaust if i were to get it..if i didnt use the silencer would it still be REALLY loud? or would it be under the legal limit..this is all in theory btw..im assuming you havent heard the sound of this exhaust yet
