The dual tips are a little harder to come by but they can be found. Mine is a Magnaflow with dual 3.5 inch tips. When you buy it the inlet is 2.25 but mine was enlarged to 3". When you hold this muffler up you can see right through it so it flows quite well. Also, it isn't too loud so it doesn't attract too much attention.

With the DDP and a full exhaust you will have roughly the same mods as I do and you should be feeling a noticeable difference from stock. Report back when you have a cat-back on.

lift vs duration, turbo cams have more lift, N/A's have more duration, you want lift in a turbo car to fill the cylinders fast but not to have it overlap

toyota changed the cams for a reason, it would have been more cost effective to not change the cams at all. there had to be good valid reasoning to it...

Ive been thinking about making a 3" with a dual tip straight through muffler, but theyre hard to come by. If someone already makes one Im all over that.

HKS turbo exhaust. 75mm piping and tips. The inside diameter of the tips is not 75mm though.

I had a DDP made by Raptor Racing locally, then I had a custom cat-back made at an exhaust shop. It consists of a 3" high flow cat, a 3" glass pack resonator and the Magnaflow muffler. The muffler can be bought through Raptor Racing. I'm still debating powdercoating my muffler black.

run open downpipe and see if you feel a positive difference over having the stock catback on there. That could be one way to test... plus it sounds absolutely sick

clutch is solid. OEM with less than 5k miles.

Im pretty sire the problem isnt in the exhaust.

Ive been searching here for the last few days and found some interesting things. Ive also driven the car for the last day or two and have noticed some other minor issues, so Im going to be checking into my timing and possibly the coolant temp sensor. Ill let you guys know what I find.

Just like everyone is saying, dump the catback and try driving it without it, you should see a very noticable gain. Don't worry about psi so much, it's only a measurement of the air's resistance to flow through the engine.

I still think you should shim the wastegate a bit. Also, get rid of the stock aluminum lower intercooler pipe elbow. Replace it with a mild steel exhaust pipe joint with a larger ID.

I dont think your problem is with the catback.

^That helps too. You will see a better gain off of all new intercooler hardpipes that the stock setup, plus they will be less likely to leak when installed with quality couplers and t-bolt clamps.
