never broke a fork but broke the slave wings due to the RPS 3200 clutch being uber stiff and the slave being installed like 30 times for re&re's

so i got the car back today...everything feels solid and amazing!!

only thing is the clutch engagement point is near the top of the pedal... i would've thought it would go down with a new clutch.. but I noticed this with a lot of r154s...

is this normal for our cars? anyway to adjust it?
First bleed it one more time. Then you should be able to adjust it at the Clutch master. Just make sure you don't have any preload on the clutch when the pedal is up.

actually the fork was fine..it was missing the pin. My mistake. The trust cone spring was also missing during the first installation...thats now fixed.
MISSING? You talking about the cross pin at the pivot for the clutch fork? Im not sure exactly what a trust or a thrust cone washer is. I know there is a wavy washer behind a snap ring and a plastic washer that helps keep stuff from rattling. Is that what you are talking about?

Either way keep us posted on your successes. Also any photos of that missing pin?

I was missing both the pin on the fork and the wavvy washer...they werent installed at all.

Feels decent now except the fact the clutch point is near the top.
