Many people are obviously not aware of how much needs to go in to making a mold in order to make a part flawless. Making molds are a long process which requires skill, detail and patience/time. Time is money and making parts for under 100 wouldn't be worth it, trust me.

Already working on it. Not sure if it'll be less than $100, but as Duane said, you gotta pay to play. If you'd like to donate your B Pillars, send me a PM. I'm looking for a set in perfect structural condition. No broken clips or vents. I don't care how it looks cosmetically.

I believe people would definitely go for the door sills and wiper cowl. I'd start there and see if there's enough interest.

Oh I thought I read on the last page that he could make them for $65 a set. Which would be a crazy low price..

Unfortunately both of my pillar louvers have cracks.

I just got off the phone with them today I am taking "B" pillars to his shop in sandiego He told me 65$ I dont know if thats the total or for original intact mold cores?

I am sure he will keep the price very reasonable after all I paid $100 + shipping for door sills also I am working with him to get fasteners sourced for the door sills the oem sills have nipples on the sills that spread apart when a screw goes into the sills I got around this by putting trim tabs in the slots then driving screws into the trim tabs.

I will go down to sandiego on my next thursday off with the B pillars he is making them 100%

The little tabs broke off of my stock sills but I just used another similar little plastic, square thing that the screw expands. Don't know what they're called. You can get a box of them at any auto parts store.

Have to think about the other things...

Wouldnt mind a few more interior pieces. Like maybe the Tems switches. Or The plastic between the vents on the passenger side interior. Or the power window switches would be nice as well. Maybe the interior mirror covers. Just kind of like how a bmw would be.
