new build oil pressure

hi folks new to this forum but hope i can help out :icon_surp

i have just rebuilt the bottom end of my 7mgte and althuogh there are varios postings about oil pressure i was wondering if mines ok :1zhelp:
ok cold @ idle its 40 psi warm @ 2000 rpm its 30 psi and @ 3000 rpm its just bellow 40psi
hot idle is around 20 to 10 psi

any ideas guys ?????????? how about some oil pressure gauge shots at diffent rpms from you new build guys :icon_conf

i would suggest castrol high mileage oil 20w50 (or 10w40 if you are not so extreme or are in the cold) i have found it to HOLD a little higher pressure than others. unless you have broken it in already and want to run synthetic...DONT run 5w oil.

this is what i have experienced.
