Well if its not on backwards it would either be the clutch disc thats damaged some how or the flywheel that wasn't machined properly.

I'm almost 100% sure its the flywheel fucked up...unless you checked it on a surface plate and indicator are you sure it was cut right?

And get new master and slave just cause they are cheap.

I doubt a mechanic would put your disc in backwards, so I'm betting (and I am a gambling man) on rear main seal or the pressure plate wasn't machined properly.

My pressure plate is brand new (aisin).

You mean my flywheel? LOL gambling man.

Yes pressure plate's can be machined, the disc surface side of the PP is the side that gets machined.

yeah clutch could be dirty causing it to slip - if it wasnt cleaned. could be too much grease too used

If it were me, I would verify that the clutch PP was fully engaged by making sure the clutch fork had no tension on it. If no tension then the PP would be suspect in my mind. Possible oil contamination of the pucks. I don't think it is physically possible to put the disc in backwards because the springs would hit the flywheel bolts. Are the PP plate bolts torqued to specs?

As an aside note, when replacing the clutch master cylinder make sure that the push rod on the new assy is the same length as the original. It is always a good idea to replace master and slave together.

It could also be a faulty pressure plate. While I've never had it happen on a Supra, my first car, a BMW had a new clutch put in before i bought it.

Even stock it wouldent hold the torque of the engine when i would floor it in 4-5 gear.

I pulled the tranny and found out the fingers were bent in and it was obvious that while it was a new clutch, it wasnt clamping with the force it should.

Not saying thats your problem, but just offering suggestions.

^ What he said (redmaro, not CK), I got a RPS flywheel, and it is noticeable thinner than the stock one I have...

Don't mean to hijack your thread or anything ;)

Is this possibly a driver error? I put ~700 miles on my new clutch and then went to a track. It slipped a fair amount in 4th (more than the stock one ever had) Put some more miles on it and went to a bigger track, no problems in all gears and pulled better than before. I was still getting used to the difference in engagement the first time out and probably was slipping too much between shifts.

So I replace my leaking clutch master cylinder and now the clutch does engage when my pedal is almost at the floor. And I also fixed a massive boost leak I had. And It feels like its not slipping any more. Thanks guys.

a leaking master won't make a clutch slip though.

if the clutch isn't fully disengaging it will cause the clutch to slip on the flywheel/pp and heat it up causing poor grip..
