WOW you've got some work happening.
The rusty floor pan and hatch, did you transplant sheeting from a donor?

I'm loving that you've torn it apart and when its together, it'll last another 20 years!

No donor sheet metal on the entire car. Its all sheet metal that was bent to shape and welded in.

Very nice so far! I to painted my car myself. Here's some tips id recommend:

-Try to practice on something (old fender, hood, ect. Just something similar to the cars surface) Although this is not really vital, but if you can do it, id recommend it because it will give you a feel for the gun and spraying.
-Install an airline filter before the gun to avoid water from the compressor getting in the paint(harbor freight has them for 9$)
-prep prep prep prep prep prep prep, is that enough? NO. Every TINY little area where i didn't sand perfectly i can see in the final product(i had to bondo a bit)
-Make sure you have enough room to have full arm swings in the booth
-Install some type of ventilation,if you don't the booth will become a freakin hot box and the paint will have a higher tendency to run.
-Try to get a good amount of sleep, eat well,ect..The worst thing is getting tired 60% through a freakin coat and rushing it so you can sleep, or use the facilities..

If you have any questions feel free to PM me or post them here so other members may read! Goodluck!

Thanks for the excellent advice!
- I've been practicing spraying the epoxy and high build primer so i'm comfortable spraying. I know the base / clear are going to be much trickier and unforgiving though!
- I have a huge 4 foot desiccant air filter with a moisture separator and i'm using a brand new hose.
- The prep has taken all summer so hopefully I've got it!
- We restructured the garage to make sure I have enough room all the way around the car.
- We open a door for ventilation and its only 15C here this time of year do it never gets hot.
- And yes I will do my best to be well rested.

I also decided to do some more to the engine bay before I paint so paint is a ways off yet.
