there are several online places taht will give u free quotes. to ship a mkiv supra from cincinatti to des moines was around $550 including shipping. make sure u read the terms front to back top to bottom. look for ones that dont make u put a deposit down. there are some good ones and some bad ones. ask for copies of customer complaints and reviews.

Some of the bigger companies are fine (DAS, etc.). I use Roadrunners because they are local and cheap and have done a great job for me on 20+ vehicles. I don't know if they offer pickup, I always drop my vehicles off to them .

He is a broker back East. He should be able to help you out. Sometimes he finds truckers returning to Indianna from NJ with a empty trailer. These truckers would just ask for fuel money and alittle more.

Finding a trailer or bed that has space and is traveling to a destination already can really save you money. I had one customer ship a car from NC to CA for $700. They had just enough space for it and it wasnt going to be used by anything else.
