Need to find 1 slim-style, 12mm hex-head lug nut for Volks

Well, somehow I lost ONE of my 12mmx1.5 slim, 12mm hex head lug nut for one wheel, and am having no luck finding any lugs of this style online for sale. (see pic below)

Anyone have any suggestions, or have 1 sitting around that I could buy? lol.

I actually have one you can have, but it may take me a few days to get over to the aunt's house and find it. Another more expensive option is a set of Volk wheel locks from Ebay, I bought a set, that's why I have 4 extras standard lugs.

I don't like the ride height, esp. the front (still stock), but wheels look great! They were on sale here for a while, I'm sure you've seen them. I'm still trying to decide on suspension...
