well working on my car i have ss autocrap manifol and HKS long runner as well. turbo is sp63 with big inlet housing. turbo does not clear the runners on ssautocrap manifold, now hks cast mani turbo fits fine but faces straight to the little curb on shock tower even then clocked all the way down. so looks like i need spacer for it. with time pressing for vegas i need to make something up asap or will have to go back to stock manifold.

1) either way where to get spacer asap

2) i know there is few guys with longrunners out there. so your input would be nice

thanks ziggy

i sell them too, but dont know how quick i could get one to you. jon has been real covered up lately it seems, so your best bet would be to hit up atpturbo.com

here is a direct link to the spacer

thanks for the link. i ended up finding t04 flange localy it is only 1/2 thick but it looks like it should work. now i need longer studs hks uses same thread as stock i believe. so my best bet is local automotive fastener shop, is it?

good deal! atp is a little spendy on some things, but quality has always been top notch.

sean searched high and low for studs and never came across any that were long enough. so what he did was make his own out of grade 8 bolts (i believe this is right).

another update. stock 7m manifold uses same size/pitch studs (10x1 i believe) anyways HKS studs are 35mm long stock toyota ones are 45mm long, so
hks cast manifold+1/2 spacer+stock studs = all good. now i just have to remove 3 remaining 20 year old studs from my manifold and my hand hurts already from removing the first one.

cheers dziugas

Oh. It's all good. I just thought it was sort of humorous because a majority of the 'tards in this area think that if it isn't like the F&F Supra, it's a "Celica-Supra".

I have the t-70(gt-45)on the ss crapfold and clocked and raised by 1.14 inches to clear everything including strut tower to my amazement...I welded directly to the manifold and if standing on the driver side(Right hand drive)slid the upper flange forward about 3/4 inch and clocked it around 12 deg......01010060.JPG

I'm really not understanding the whole "SSAUTOCRAP and CRAPFOLD" digs ....

Compare their welds with yours!

For the money they're a brilliant header and I defy anyone to build one for less factoring in their time.

yeah, you could pick up a pair of 1/2" thick T4 flanges off Ebay and get them welded together. i see that to be a common fix for spacing the turbo. how do you have your compressor housing clocked? i mocked up my T88H-38gk on a spare 7m and it cleared the runners on the XSpower manifold w/ the outlet pointed down and at the frame rail, about 30* from vertical.

bo: I'm so far from "Normal" you can't even see it from here!

I had NFI you had parkinsons how would I?

No reason to get sand in your vagina about it.......

I don't expect people to make allowances or treat me any differently due to my disabilities and I have enough friends in the same boat that feel the same so I'm not about to start here!
