need some questions for my questionaire.

so here's the thing, in my speech class, we're working with a partner on a persuasive speech to present and our topic so happens to be "Animal Testing." Her arguement will be against testing and mine is for testing. Now as part of our assignment, we have to create a separate 10-question questionaire for each side. I have only 1 question for my questionaire so far and it is:

1.) If it is wrong to test newly developed products on animals, then what other subjects should experimenters/scientists test products on?

And uh....that's about all I got. It's pretty much my main argument right now.

Now i don't want this to be a debate thread at all. I just need some serious questions to throw out to my fellow classmates. I've been racking my brain all weekend and that's pretty much been the only one i can think of. :1zhelp:

How about:

I know it is an ugly situation to basically sacrifice animal life, but would you not agree that for the lives that you sacrifice, you will be saving two/three/four/five/ten/a hundred times as many human lives.
If given the chance to save (insert number-fold here [as in twice, three times]) the amount of human life at the expense of one animal life, don't you think it is worth it?
(Keep in mind that the animals are not taken from the wild, but breed just for this purpose.)

It would be funny if people thought that I directed that at someone in this forum, when in actuality, I was stating why I could not comment on a topic. heheh
