Need some input on picking up this supra

that is light surface rust from sanding and no paint a DA would knock that down and some primer would seal it. their are no rust spots that I can find that are in need of anything more than previously stated. The passenger side looks rough from some fiberglassing it in and not finishing the job

It looks like you did very well !
As far as the rust we see, it isnt that bad considering it is all surface from what I can see. Would need pics of rear wheel wells and spare tire hole to proclaim it as a donor car.
