Need some help

I got into an accident a few days ago and I need to take my rear bumper off. There is a metal strip holding the last of it on and I dont know how to take it off withouut ripping it off. And I figure if I get a new bumper im going to need that. Can anyone help?

10 mm or a 12. need some extensions and maybe a universal adaptor.
