What's going on guys? I recently purchased a cheap T4 Ebay manifold, however, I'm going to have to extend my oil Lines. My question is, what size AN fittings do I need. There's a banjo bolt there now, but I'd like to replace it with some AN attachments. Its a Frank 5 Greddy TD06-20g. With the new manifold and T3 adaptor, it should be sitting a good 2-3 inches higher than the stocker. If anyone has any info, I'd appreciate it. Thanks a lot.

Please never use Fram filters anymore... :(

I belive MCD has the right adapters you need to go from the banjo bolt, to a AN4 line to your turbo.

It's a 12x1.25 thread IIRC, and very few stores keep them in stock, but some of those folks who deal with Surpa's have them ready to sell to you right now :)

Hahn Racecraft has the block feed fitting as well. 12x1.25 to 4 AN. I got mine the day after I ordered it.

I always use WIX filters from Napa....awesome oil filters.

www.hahnracecraft.com Their number is on there, just tell them the part number and they will hook ya up...

Yep, WIX or Purolator are good spin on filters.

Best setup is changing over to a Canton/Mecca spin on adapter with the full flow depth filtration. (About a 100.00 but it's worth it. No bypass, and they flow more dirty than most paper filters do brand new, so you get less pressure drop across the filter, and since they don't bypass, you never, ever get dirty oil being pumped around your engine.)

One more thing. Wear is caused by stuff larger than 10 microns. The Canton ones claim to trap particles down to 8 microns in size. Your best paper/spin on filters are catching stuff 20 to 40 microns or larger, the smaller stuff just goes round and round and wears your motor...

Yeah I did some research and found that Fram oil filters do suck. I went with a Mobil 1 filter and Mobil 1 Full Synthetic 15x50 oil. Thanks for the info, guys.
