All though you all make valid points; you should never tell the girl you love her. In fact, you need to show her that you are a free and fun loving guy. What normally worked for me is:

Get a group together with girl A and a bunch of your friends. Go bowling or something. Make sure that you are good friends with all of these people so that you can be yourself; hopefully you are a funny guy. Make sure that you flirt with other girls than her in front of her. Always talk to her if she talks to you, but don't make it seem as if you are desperate for her attention. You need to show her that you can survive without her attention and that you are a charismatic person who can be more than friends.

All though I do agree, it is very hard to get out of the friend zone once you have been sucked in. I was friends with most of the hot girls @ my high school and there fore never dated them. I met a hot girl @ a dance through my cousin and 2 years later, I'm married.

It's very easy to be charming and charismatic but first you need to bang the shit out of girl B.

Once you have a good long sexual experience; I guarantee you that you will be more confident and carry yourself better once you are fully comfortable around females.

Oh, and don't ever tell a girl you love them first. That's like a 99% death wish.

don't lay a finger on girl B. if you have feelings for girl A, stick with that. all girl B wants is to get in your pants? there's plenty of those around... i've never touched any of them. if i like a girl, i stick with that, and it's always worked for me.

an interesting point too: don't ever mess around with the girl you love's friend(s) it never turns out pretty. i dated my ex girl's best friend after we'd broken up for over a year, and there were insane jelousy issues from my ex. it was real fucked up, to the point where she used to stalk us.

i'm dating a different girl now, for over a year and a half, and she's the best ever. i love her to death, and would do anything for her. she's smart, beautiful, and really funny, too. and she even likes to pay for meals, movies etc! weird!?
