That looks great. Do you plan to put steel wool in it as well? Please report back with impressions once you have been running it for a while.

I've got SS wool in mine, I'll have to take it apart and look at it soon to let you guys know how well it's trapping the condensation.

Correction, mine's not really SS wool per say. I bought a pack of SS scrubers at Wal-Mart. The SS is in little loops and not densly packed, that's the reason I got this versus the wool, restriction. Plus, I had torn some of it apart and stretched it out even more to creat more of a free flowing setup, although the accordian hose doesn't pull much air through it anways, but the way I have mine setup, the TB port is tied into the accordian hose side, so that the oil vapors must go through the baffle, then the SS mesh before it can exit the catch can

how fine of steel wool do you use? cus i used some fine stuff and i guess didnt break it up enough, so it was causing problems.

if you are using it for surface area then that is a different story.
Heat sinks mounted on the inside of the catch can would transfer more heat from the engine bay to the inside of the catch can.

Your right, I forgot he used FIPG to mount them on there. If welded on the heat sink would be able to work properly if mounted on the outside. Even better if it were placed somewhere with some decent air flow.
The heat sinks are not for cooling, they are to increase the condensation surface. The plate in the head is to direct the gas flow over the heat sink. The can is mounted right behind the IC, there is no engine bay heat there.
