On the pink paper it says that you either have to send in a plead not guilty or your money order, but on the white paper is shows Court Appearance.

LOL, that sucks.

Time to get a Garmin so that it'll tell your ass to slow down when you're approaching one. :biglaugh:

Cheaper than the insurance increase, but I don't really see how you can fight it and expect to win. That's right by Petersville or Petersburg or something like that, right?

If it were me, I'd atleast make the court date and pray the cop doesn't show. You have to pay the court costs regardless, and there's always that slim chance the cop wont show.

Not a chance in Hell, Heaven or high water.

Thats State Trooper Chris Clancy. He WILL show up for your court date.

I lay money on it.

His radar is certified, and yes he's certified to calibrate it.

Yes it gets calibrated before every shift.

Basically, you were speeding. EOS.

Who cares, he could be sick, have a triple homicide, something could come up.

If I had to pay the court costs, he would be there for me to hand the cash to.

Dont tell your insurance about the ticket and dont switch cars, I went almost completely through the penalty period for my ticket before they found out.

I switched cars :icon_bigg

*edit*
If you keep the same car and everything, there's still the chance the company could catch it on a random 'sweep'

*edit #2*
They just upped my rate, didn't have to retro pay or anything.

Can you not take a Defensive Driving class in Indiana? Anytime I get a ticket I take one online and the ticket does not show up on your record and you can get a discount on you insurance for taking the course.

There is one, but you have to plead not guilty and stuff like that i think.

You think? Check into it or just pay the damn ticket and stfu when you insurance goes through the roof. You may have alternatives but you sound too lazy to put forth the effort. That ticket will haunt you for years. In Texas, you plead guilty, pay the court costs and then they give you 90 days to present a Certificate of Completion. Once you do, the ticket is dismissed and will not show up on your record. When you go up to the court tomorrow, ask about it.

This is one of many I found.
