I have an 88 turbo and it has a 60-1 and hks f-con, hks fcd, fmic, 2.5hardpipes, hks intake, boost and a/f guage, boost controller and I plan on adding a walbro fuel pump and 550's and I'm trying to reach a goal of around 500rwhp.

So I need some more fuel management right so I'm trying to decide if I should go with the hks vpc and eliminate my afm or should I go with lex afm, safc not sure which one will work better and which one will fit my needs and if there is something I'm missing to meet my 500rwhp goal let me know what else I will need.

thanks
Michael

take out the FCD... if your car is tuned right you wont need it anymore.
and besides, fuel cut saves your motor.

why not just get the lex afm with those 550's, afpr, and the 255 and then see where your power level is at? you might be happy with the amount of power you'll get from the 60-1...

you can always turn around and sell the lex afm for like $100 or so...
and 500RWHP with 550's isnt on the "safe" side... your IDC might be kinda high.

500rwhp might be hard to reach with a 60-1. I'm gonna go Maft-pro in a couple weeks, from an SAFC-II. I didn't like the way the SAFC managed fuel. Part throttle gets too lean under boost, because of the way the afc works.
