the black blue wire with the brown plug is for your starter.

I think the top one connects to the tranny somewhere, but I'm not sure.

Thats what i thought the brown one was for.

The little one, the first pic, i can't figure that one out. Didn't the trans had three plugs connected to it ?

Ok, looks like the pics are all taken on the driver's side, right?

The last one I THINK is for the tranny sub-harness.

Brown connector you figured out, first one depends a LOT on where it's located as they use that connector all over the place...

brown - starter
white - tranny ABS sensor IIRC
gray - A/C, Coolant tank, CSI

BTW - that's one hell of a clean harness, is that new?

Brown and white plugs are correct^^^^

The gray one is for the EGR temp sensor, only found on a cail. spec car. I also have it ;) It comes down between runner 3 and 4 correct, with those other plugs and the grounding points.

i m pretty sure the first pic plug doesn't plug to anything on the car cause i m pretty sure i didn't unplug it from anything when i took out the old wiring harness.

Yes it is a new wiring harness. Got it from Elmhurst Toyota. It ain't cheap, cost me 492 something with tax. Grey Plugs :biglaugh:
