I bought my car about a month and a half ago. I've been trying to fix it up. It's a 87' turbo. One thing that's driving me crazy is that the gauges won't light up. The wires to them I are apart and the wires to the thing that changes the color of them is disconnected too. Can someone tell me how to properly connect all the wires? Maybe draw a little diagram or maybe if you even have the real one from speedhut. Thanks.

Should have a +12V and a ground coming out of the inverter. The gauges typically (unless the connectors have been hacked off) have connectors to easily connect the gauges to the inverter.

Apply 12V+ to the 12V+ wire and a nice solid ground to the ground wire and connect the gauges to the inverter. TADA!

You could even use a switched 12V+ wire so that the gauges only come on when the lights come on.
