Does anyone know where this hose is supposed to go. I know it mounts some where on the underside of the intake plenum but i can't remember how or find any outlets for it? Its off my 89 supra turbro 7mgte. This is what it looks like.

Looks like the vacuum hose/pipe on the drivers side of the block that routes vacuum to the stock blow off valve.
Here is a page with just about every hose diagram you could want for our cars. The one you want to look at is the 7th one down -- the line you are holding is in the bottom left quadrant of the picture.
