Hey,

Having som difficulties with understanding the installation of the alarm...

See attachment. As you can see it's got (-) and (+) in front of the description of each cable. 12V DC, siren and chasis is no problem of course. But all of these trigger inputs.. they've got (-), how can that be? Aren't they supposed to be (+)? Say for example the door trigger. That's got "-" pole connected to the chasis, and then the cable going to the alarm central.. that's "+" right?

Or is it supposed to be so that it's just a loop..? So that it's got a loop between chasis and the (-) going into the alarm central?

Just kinda getting somewhat confused with this.. any help is much appreciated :)

Scott

Yes I know that.. But I've got problems understanding how it is... The door/trunk triggers are already connected to the chasis, and then it's got "-" connecting to the alarm central, how does it know when it's triggered? Has it got a loop between the chasis/ground (H1/5 on picture) and the "-" input for the trigger itself?
