So for starters BOV is not working.

As far as i know the lines were not done right.

It has a Greedy Profec EBC and greddy BOV and boost gauge.

walbro 255
Intake
and shitty custom intercooler.

Here's pics of the mess

Can anyone tell what this is and where the vacuum line can be ran ? I think i figured it out thats to my FPR gauge inside the car.

be for i install this can someone tell me what this big hole is here in the front lol

1/8th npt hole to hook up a gauge, if you dont have a gauge for fuel pressure you will need to plug it before installing the fpr.

and works great

also where you have the 2 T's at the fpr, i dont have any T's at all :S

I tried this but it makes my car dies and idle rough but the BOV is working.

that is probably because the other end of the hard line isn't hooked up properly.. and judging by all the T's and such.. it most likely isn't lol.

and how do you have a working fuel pressure gauge in the car if you plug up that hole??

i wish i could just sit with our cars side by side so we can fix everything.. and btw..that vacuum line that you mentioned earlier that goes to the accordian hose is not supposed to go to the accordian hose. the accordian hose has three large adapters on top.
one going to the idle air control valve
second going to the stock bypass valve (blow off valve)
third is the pcv

and then it has a smaller vacuum nipple on the bottom.

Can you post pictures of said FP gauge inside the car? I would remove that and put it under the hood... having a fuel line run into the cabin is a NO NO... huge fire hazard.

will do in the morning its just a greddy gauge says Fuel pressure and it sits on the driver side piller. As far as i know its ran off of the T thats hooked up to the stock fuel Pressure regulator.

to try and help as much as possible here's whats going on with the Vaccum lines

They are all tied into main FPR vacuum

RED = BOV
SKY BLUE = Greddy profec EBC
YELLOW = What seems to be FP Gauge (Not 100% Sure)
GREEN = Main Source to original FPR Vacuum

There is a line sems to be coming from the bottom of the Accordian hose its blocked off with a screw. The souce you used has a hose going to the top of the Accordian hose. Its small on the top side but tbigger where it goes into the accordian right next to the turbo.

I simply took it off the metal side and put my BOV line on that and it worked fine. but the car started running shitty until i put the intake hose back to the metal side

what a cluster f**k.

blue line> ive never seen a boost controller hooked to main vac before, should be on the turbo only.
purple line> the hole is where the stock bov use to re-circ to. as your venting to atmosphere you need to plug the hole with a bolt or something to retun that line to the bov.
yellow line > i dont know how a vacuum hose is going to register fuel pressure, looks like a electric vacuum/boost gauge sender. the fuel pressure gauge inside may be being used as a boost gauge.
that little fitting on the bottom of the accordion hose> this is for the power steering idle up. there will be a vac fitting on the PS pump. one line goes there, the other under the intake somewhere.

ill take pics and show you what its suspoe to be

FIRST, put everything back to stock: http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/TechTips/vacuum_hose.aspx

vacuum_2h.gif

remove any extras, like the boost control or gauges, extra T's, etc. the bov should be hooked up just like stock.

once it runs in stock form, THEN go about modifying/adding things. that way, if the car runs like shit after you install the boost gauge, you know that you screwed up the boost gauge install. do it step by step, and it's a whole lot less confusing.

go back to all stock... then one by one install your boost controller, gauge, etc..
and when you T off for your gauge and stuff, try using the vacuum source near the firewall on the manifold. That's where I T'd for my gauge.
For the boost solenoid.. stick to the nipple on the turbo. basically what the stock setup uses..

ok the one vacuum line going to the accordian intake hose is incorrect like I said before it is supposed to go to your blow off valve and then you need to plug it off since you are venting to atmosphere and not recirculating it. (plug off on the intake)
Your pcv and iacv are correct on the accordian

your bvsv appears that it has ONE giant vacuum hose going towards it. try taking it off? and see if there are two nipples hiding it there? i'm not sure where it leads to since you dont have an entire shot of the engine bay its really hard to tell where things go.
but it looks like the correct vacuum is going straight towards the charcoal canister bypassing the bvsv.
