I'm so glad you posted this, I need your father's help!

The Supramania Petroleum Company has recently concluded a large number of contracts for oil exploration in the sub-Sahara region. The contracts have immediately produced moneys equalling US$40,000,000. The Supramania Petroleum Company is desirous of oil exploration in other parts of the world, however, because of certain regulations of the Nigerian Government (where our oil company is based), we are unable to move these funds to another region.

Your father's assistance is requested as a non-Nigerian citizen to assist the Supramania Petroleum Company, and also the Central Bank of Nigeria, in moving these funds out of Nigeria. If the funds can be transferred to your fathers name, in his United States account, then he can forward the funds as directed by Supramania. In exchange for his accomodating services, the Supramania Petroleum Company would agree to allow your father to retain 10%, or US$4 million of this amount.

However, to be a legitimate transferee of these moneys according to Nigerian law, your father must presently be a depositor of at least US$100,000 in a Nigerian bank which is regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria.

If it will be possible for your father to assist us, we would be most grateful.

Please have him donate $100,000 to Supramania, and I will arrange all the appropriate deposits on his behalf and assist in moving this forward.

I also have a large, slightly used suspension bridge stored in a large northeastern US city I need to liquidate in order to facilitate expansion of our refining operation. Would he be interested in purchasing it? I understand it's quite the tourist attraction...

It's pretty easy to get 3-4MPG, or even 10MPH difference by changing what you do with your right foot.

Placebo effect. People think the product is working, but in reality they're just not tromping on it as much.

btw to put this thread on track after Mike's exceptional sales pitch!

This is what "Ethos" is.

http://www.savegastoday.net/

Everytime gas take a spike, we have all this new gadgets, doodads, magic potions to help the pump.

As with any product, there will always be an MSDS associated with it.

http://www.ethosfr.com/pdfs/MSDS.pdf

Reading that and reading the smell

it probably a d-limone based (citric acid) solution that does absolute dick for the gasoline except drain your wallet.

"After installing your product on my car, I got an extra 4 miles [6.4 kilometers] per gallon [3.8 liters]."
Many ads feature glowing testimonials by satisfied customers. Yet, few consumers have the ability or the equipment to test for precise changes in gas mileage after installing a gas-saving product. Many variables affect fuel consumption, including traffic, road and weather conditions, and the car's condition.
For example, one consumer sent a letter to a company praising its "gas-saving" product. At the time the product was installed, however, the consumer also had received a complete engine tune-up - a fact not mentioned in the letter. The entire increase in gas mileage attributed to the "gas-saving" product may well have been the result of the tune-up alone. But from the ad, other consumers could not have known that.
