can anyone please tell me how the hell to get the release fork out of the trans, i can't seem to get at the two bolts that hold on the housing, and i cant seem to figure out any other way,
If the trans is still connected to the motor, and the pressure plate has not been unbolted from the flywheel, it will pull right out. If you unbolted the pressure plate you need to bolt it back to the flywheel.
Once the pressure plate bolts are out, then start jiggling or "LIGHTLY" prying on the clutch fork. It should come out with little difficulty.
I've included a pic of one removed. The clutch fork comes out in the direction of lower right. Put another way, imagine a clock and push on top of the fork toward 4 o'clock. Or push towards the lower right inspection plate hole.
