Need help Popped engine

So i popped my engine, melted some things, and yeah.... Well ive got another engine ready for a rebuild. What i need to know is what ill need and what ball park we are looking at for the price.

goals

350 hp with the help of turbo, injectors, and piggy electronics.

Parts on hand
Walbro 255
Lex afm
3inch turbo back exhaust
FCD
fresh rebuilt auto tranny with up'ed line pressure
Koyo radiator
57trim ct
and everything topside of engine

Pretty sure i need a new crank shaft and maybe head, gonna send the head out next week.

was thinking going all forged internals but if its not NEEDED than i dont want it.

So please gimme some options thoughts, right now im sponging information. yes i have also been avidly using the search function.

A stock bottom end is just fine for 350ish. Many of our members have gone well past 350 on a stock bottom....:icon_bigg

First thing i would do is ditch that FCD. Probably contributed to your "popped" engine.

grab some 550 injectors to go with that lex, as well as an AFPR and you'll be sitting pretty.

On top of that, ARP head studs and at least a Cometic head gasket.
