low-voc brake cleaner works

I remember i went to a garage while I was delivering for a parts store. the guys were always cool, but they were always messing with me somehow, taking the key out of the truck so i had to look for it when i went to leave, stuff like that.
Well one time, a guy snuck up on me and sprayed my arm with 3M General Trim Adhesive. This stuff goes on thick, almost foam-like, and then turns to a thick glue. Well, he started to rub it in my arm, and as it was drying it was rolling, trying to come off.. grabbing all my arm hair during this process... it sucked so bad.
I grabbed a rag, and a can of brake cleaner and it was gone in two swipes.
Needless to say they were pretty pissed that they failed... i thought it was funny.
