Need help getting my Wood/duff ( Keyway) out of my crank.

I need some idea's to get my woodruff (keyway) out of my crank
I've tried oil's, and heat.
Here is a pic of the crank with the duff that is stuck and a pic of the timming pulley that caused it.

Please help.
