Need C's shifter instructions & measurement

My car came with a C's and I've got it apart but its been too long to put it back together, does anyone know online where I can get instructions/details? I couldn't find C's website. Also if someone has the C's out of their car, I need the measurement of the 2 half circle pieces (just the height). Would be very appreciated, thanks.

Once you take out the stock shifter bushing, you can measure from where the bushing seated to the top of the shifter housing.

I got them here on my desk, the two semi circle parts are exactly .706" tall, or 17.95mm, and they are .255" thick (6.48mm), and an outer diameter of 1.607" (40.82mm). Just for fun the main outer spacer is 1.161" tall (29.49mm), with an outer diameter is 2.674" (67.94mm)

The spacers go down in the old shifter hole, then the round C's part ontop, put the shifter bushing ontop of the spacers.
