Need advice on a sale price

I am looking to buy a set of used Yokohama Advan Generation II Wheels with new tires for my MK3. There is a private party local seller where I found these and the guy wants me to name a price. I don't want to lowball the guy nor get ripped off.

The rims are wrapped in new Pirelli P-Zero 245/40/18 all around. More than 90% tread left.
The rim dimensions are 18x8.5 5x114.3 all around.
There are no noticeable curb marks, bends or scratches on the rims and the seller is claiming they are fairly brand new.

I don't know what a set of these go for used in USD so if anyone can suggest a price range for me based on the information provided, it would be really helpful.

Do you know the offsets? Do you know if they will properly fit on the Mk3?

Other than that, those tires aren't cheap but I have no idea about the wheels.

Damn, I was hoping it would be somewhere between 700-900 but looks like these might be worth a lot more than that. I appreciate all the comments and recommendations. Thank you.

Yep, those are it. I love those wheels but I don't think I'm willing to pay over $1k for them. Thanks for posting a pic.
