Need a new Turbo :/

any "good" tuner should be able to tune a supra.
if your turbo is still ok, i would go with the lex-550 combo. you won't believe the difference it makes. it's like a whole different car. if you haven't done it already, get a good downpipe and exhaust. i highly recommend the bic ddp, and full 3" exhaust. just putting those on woke the car right up.

The previous owner had already installed a down pipe I'm guessing a 3" exhaust tubing with a 3-4" apexi exhaust and if I'm correct he installed a dump pipe as well?

What year is your supra? You may be able to straight pipe it if you don't need emissions like mine
