The coolant leak is a hard to reach hose. Two oil leaks. One is the pan! The other is on the pass. side and I think its the turbo oil return but ot positive, could be the dipstick

I cant tell from the pic too well, but almost looks like the rear timing cover was not machined with the block deck, and if the picture is telling the truth thats an awful lot higher than the deck and i cant imagine how your gasket would seal properly.

It was machined and is flush. The picture does make it look otherwise though.
Feel free to come over and lend a hand. Gonna put in a few hours tomorrow while the wife isn't around!
