Hi my name is Robert I'am new to Supramania. I recently purchased a 1987 Supra Turbo 5 speed with targa top and all options that were available for that year. Vehicle appears to be completely stock. Anyhow I have an idling problem. The vehicle use to stall when the rpm's would drop below 400. I took the Idle Air control valve connector off and cleaned it with a wire brush. That seemed to help the problem alot now only idle surges from about 800 to 1000 instead of 350 to 1350. Anyhow I have a good working Idle air control valve. I was wondering if anyone knows where i can get the gasket for it. Autozone, Advance Auto, ky motors, and Napa all cannot find the gasket for me to even order it. Also I have a second question as this is my first supra. How can I identify which 5 speed manual transmission I have?
