Need 2jz help fast

As of most of you know i have a build thread, well its coming down to that time to have a first start up video on SM! . but now i have a situation. im not smart at all. i have been searching google constantly.

my problem is the ISCV.

1 small water line goes into the water bypass pipe that runs around the motor itself.
the 2nd water line comes off to a hose, and the way its bent etc it would look ideal for the fuel return? but that makes absolutly no sense at all. i stripped down the whole intake side of the 2jz in my quest of searching to where this goes. and i simply cant find anything.

as for the huge 5/8th peice. im not sure what that goes too. some people tell me its for the heater core? and some people tell me its for the intake pipe from the turbo, if its the intake pipe, can i just put a small breather filter on it and call it a day?. please supramania.com i need your help!

The two water lines are for coolant to heat up your ISCV... depending on the temperature of the coolant, it affects the amount of air the ISCV lets through. The 5/8 nipple, at least on a 1j, connects to a vacuum pipe that runs behind the head toward the turbo side of things. Hope that helps a little.

Im really thinking about bypassing it. put a small breather on the big port. and than just cap them 2 lines. the 1 water line comes from the water bypass pipe running around the block, and the other one yeah. there is no ports or anything to plug it into with coolant, its so weird lol. i had the whole intake side of the 2jz completly stripped down hunting for it. and no luck. lol

Coolant will flow in and out of the ISCV and the 5/8 sucks filtered air into the manifold through a pipe that connects to the turbo Inlet pipe. There is a metal tube that goes my the back of the head. My ISCV was not working so i disconnected the plug and just cracked my throttle till the idle was right...but it is a little rough starting when it is cold. So if you decide to can the intake for the ISCV dont for get to crack your throttle or the motor wont stay running when you first start it.

Also it looks like you might not have a brake booster vacuum nipple on your manifold, I didnt either, so I went and tapped a barbed pipe fitting on the back of the manifold so that I could hook my brake booster up to it...If you have any more specific questions go ahead and PM me and Ill help you out.
