You need to work out what HP you're shooting for then size pumps from there.

I've ran straight Argon in the Mig before but it's NOT good (Ran out of mix so hooked up the bottle on the Tig to finish the job) Got some freaky Flare action and the welds were a bit ugly.

That is what I thought, I just got to do some stainless that is why I have even thought of this.

So I guess I'm just going to have to find bottle of argon for that.

As for the two pump thing it's just tempting to do as I'm shooting for 500+ on pump
and that is stretching the fuel pump to certain point but running at 12 volts should help a lot.

Ryan: This all depends on which Turbo you use to get the 500.

You need to look at a flow map for the 225 as say for arguments sake you use a GT3540 it's pumping 25psi to make the 500 so add that to base 30 psi the pump needs to pump 55psi and these pumps flow less as the pressure goes up.

You might find that it doesn't flow enough fuel for 500 hp at those pressures.

I have looked into the 255 fuel pump but only at 10 volts

now at 12 volt's over driving the pump to support the 500 risky side is not my cup of tea

so either way it's risky i was going to buy a1000 pump from a buddy but I didn't have the money to spend at that time

so now i looking for cheap ways of doing it 2 pumps or bigger drop in tank pump



oh yeah do you have specs on this bosch one?

fuck it i going to run the 255 at 13.5 volts it's not really what i want to do but I can't afford a spiffy fuel pump setup right now

i started a new job just a littel bit ago so the supra did not get more play time but now that i ahe good money again and i have dead line it's going to be crazy

time to work and not time to slack

well i got pic's again i have done alot of work since last time i have posted

i am maken a new type of ffi intake that i think no one has ever done yet i don't know why but i think it cool and will out flow any of the ffi out there for the mk 3 plus it will be even disbution of air though every runner :)

start of my new intake manfold i think i going to just get a new lower intake flange cut out on the water jet or just plain the stocker eather or it going to be sick


and my eninge bay wire harness extetion i add i pig tailed the end and re pined some of the connectors

i am useing rf cable for my cps and my o2 sencer neat eh

this is only temp tell i buy brand new einge bay harness

ps the resone i did this is so i can get rid of that pesky pack of wire that go over top of the enigne bay

any wyas this week i oging to work on my intake and mabye get in to addin in some more greas nipples to my upper a arms and such



any ways tell what you think guys

oh yae a i just for got the blake on the driver side right by the drimmer

it fits the gap whne you put eather a sfac2 or avcr in that all so counts the sfac reg

yup i am going to be goos jack this baby up to day high as my might jack stand can go plus bord or 2 then start peelign the spetion off and adding in my greash nipples and all brand new cam bolt's cam's and nuts

and fix my brake the slide pin snaped odd i find i think just going to cheak them all
