Another is to find more sources of water as we all use up our planets most valuable resource by polluting it and sprinkling it upon our lawns.

I was sure 2/3 of the surface of the planet was covered in it. And it recycles itself.

They don't need to launch a missile at it though.

Drilling would have been a MUCH smarter decision.
Doesn't piss off half the country
Doesnt destroy that water if there is some there (Fire/Heat + Water = Steam)

That would be fine and good but the cost to send a drilling rig that could dig that deep would be insane.

Yeah water from the Moon is going to be feasible.... :nono:

Moon water taste like cheese and will cost 3.5 million a bottle.

BTW the real reason they are doing it....

Not to mention if you buy into this global warming thing, which I don't, we should be trying to figure out ways to remove water from the planet.

Apparently you have never seen armagedon lol. They did the drill and the bomb!

Is it possible they're just smarter than most of you and are doing so for the benefit (not detriment) of mankind?

They are looking for water, btw.

Think about it, you throw something hard enough that suspended in "air" what happens? It moves, NASA launches a rocket at the moon its going to move. Whether we realize it or not. Itll screw the earth up in the process.:aigo:

The Moon is bigger/more mass than you think...

I really hope you are joking.
Forces of gravity and nature are stronger than anything manmade.

Wow. Just wow. Did you sleep through physics AND astronomy? Imagine throwing a single grain of sand at a semi-truck doing 70MPH, that would be an approximate comparison you may be able to understand. Will the truck slow down?

1 liter of motor oil will contaminate 1 million liters of fresh water, at which point it will be diluted enough to have no adverse effect on the creatures (us) drinking it... that's 1 quart of oil and 264000 gallons... water ain't as infinite as everyone thinks. Love that acid rain!

Yea...you could leave a bit of rice dust caked to the side, which will through the balance of the trailer off causing it to tip sideways killing anyone and everyone in a 2 mile radius from the explosion...

Or not do anything at all, but what do I know, Im not a scientist. :p
