Name This Gasket

What is the name of the gasket on the upper intake manifold that is on the firewall side? It is an oval shape with two mounting screws.

I have attached a picture with an arrow pointing to what I'm referring to.

if you planning on ordering one, make sure you tell them its on the Intake manifold. I ordered it while back and they gave me a wrong one :3d_frown::3d_frown:
