between the two decisions you gave us, I'd say 2JZ, because 450 on a 2JZ is almost as easy as getting into a hood rats pants if you have a kilo of crack in your hand. Pardon the vulgarity but dude 450 is easy on a 2jz, too easy some say. The swap on the other hand won't be too easy, since you're a pre 89 you'll need either an 89+ cross member or custom motor mounts I think driftmotion has them.
As with any swap you'll wanna replace front and rear seals, water pump, possibly oil pump and any gaskets for intake or exhaut manifold. Stock 2JZ headgasket will suffice unless you're doing a 2JZ NA-T then you'll need a different headgasket to lower stock compression to allow for more boost. You may consider a 1.5JZ swap, 1JZ Head and electrnoics and all with a 2JZ Block, making a 1jz with 3.0 liters of displacement
