1) Any plans to protect that pipe going into the intake. It may get warm there..
2) What glue are you using? It looks like silicone..

Thanks, Looks nice Porter.

glue? lol glue for what!!?? The PVC piping is not held together by glue like ppl think, and no silicone def would not hold boost LOL!!! Its a solution that fuses the plastic together, it can withstand 150 PSI without leaks and it has an ok heat rating, I have been running without a problem for a while. There is actually other ppl on here running PVC for custom setups.. It does not retain heat like metal does so the air is cooler too

I was not knocking it or you in any way! I was just asking 2 questions and saying I liked it..:)

I am familiar with the prosses you decribed. I installed closed loop geothermal loop fields. All the connection are heated with 525 degree iron for 8 seconds and then you push the pieces together and they fuse.

I agree if done right the pipe itself will pop before the fused connection will..

Thank you.

I dident see that, I just added in the water temp thing before I saw what u said.. im not sure but I know one side of the IC is very warm and the other side coming out is really cool. I was gonna get a temp guage but never bothered
