Yes it will bolt on, but there are no oil pressure ports for turbo oil.

the mkiv is great lol.....so i would just need to tap ports for the turbo?

No, that will not work, you will need to get oiling from the intake side of the block, oil pressure port or similar.

Also do not forget that with a GTE head you are going to need a crank position sensor, which may require a new oil pump, sensor, and timing pulley.
