In the yellow box we have zip ties in place of hose clamps!!
In the red box that looks just like a peice of flex hose!
Not to mention the stuff goes down in size from the BOV adaptor pipe to the throttle body.

No, look closer, the zip ties are probably tying the BOV vaccum line the piping, that's one pipe that was crush bent...

I'd be surprised at this but there are actually civics and stuff running around here with air filters that look like intercoolers. The "core" is actually a huge filter, and the endtanks are usually plastic...

How about the missing fan shroud and, again, the missing timing cover... Why remove the cover from the most important belt on the car?? Next thread's are gonna be "What happened to my timing belt/crank gear/oil pump drive pulley/water pump/cam gears?" and, "Why does my car run hot?"
