Mystery wires (shine some light plz)

Well, i was trying to pull the twins off today and ran into these wires that are cut. Does anyone know the following
1. where do they go
2. what do they do
3. do i need them.
4. am i SOL?

they were located on the left side (turbo side) of the motor facing the front of the engine.

Those wires goes to the altenator

Fusebox to the altenater postive

Open up the plastic, you will see 2 wires bolted together.
